Home-Made Potato Cake Pattie Recipe

3 cups mashed potatoes

2 eggs, beaten

3/4 cup plain flour

1 diced onion

1 tablespoon and 1-1/2 teaspoons butter

1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (or Mozzarella)

Pinch of salt and pepper to taste


  1. Combine mashed potatoes, eggs, plain flour, salt and pepper in a medium-sized bowl and mix thoroughly as you sprinkle the cheddar cheese into the mixture.
